Three of yachi's grandparents had schizophrenia, both of yumiko's parents have it, and tabia's identical twin was just diagnosed with it. who is most likely to someday be diagnosed with schizophrenia as well?

Tabia. Identical twins have the same exact genetic pattern, which makes them identical. If one identical twin has something, especially like Schizophrenia, that effects something somatic (bodily) then there is a high risk of the second twin having the same condition. 

- Schizophrenia is a disorder that comes from the makeup of the brain, not an outside cause, making Schizophrenia somatic.
