In the middle of the movie "A Christmas Carol" Scrooge starts to realize he needs to be more generous because Scrooge asks the Ghost of Christmas yet to come, if his future can still be changed, The spirit does not reply.

Scrooge realizes that he needs to change after seeing what the Ghost of Christmas yet to come, shows him and by  lack of reply the spirit gave scrooge.  Scrooge then accepts his nephews invite to Christmas dinner, also he donates to the charity fund.
