Graphs can be created by inputting data in MS Excel and choosing a chart type that represents the type of data to display
Please find attached the required graph of the function of the Incidence of mumps (cases per 100,000 people)
The known data for the incidence of mumps is presented in the following table;

The data from the above table can be entered in MS Excel and a graph can be plotted as follows;
- Enter the above data into Excel as shown in the above table
- Select all numerical values by clicking in the top left corner, hold down the right mouse click and drag to the bottom left corner
- Select the Insert option from the Options menu
- In the Charts group, click on the down arrow beside the icon for the Insert Scatter (x, y), or Bubble Chart
- Select Scatter with Straight Lines and Markers
