Answer and explanation: The situation described in the question indicates that I am part of a customer service at a store. So, my very first and foremost role is to support customers in whatever situation they are in and if I would ever come across the customer who is impatient and gets frustrated easily, I will handle the situation in few steps:

Firstly, I will tell my customer to calm down and that I am here to help him/her in any possible way so he/she must not get stressed, we will talk about the matter and will come up with a solution. After I observe that my customer is getting better, I will move to the second step.

Secondly, i will ask him/her about the product they are demanding. I will try to search the product in a particular section and if I did not find it, I will look up for an alternative and if the customer did not like the alternative product, I will move to the third step.

Thirdly, I will make him/her fill a form in which they will state the product they need and I will take their contact.I will order the product as soon as possible and hand it over to the customer by contacting them and as a penalty I will provide them a free home delivery of the product to make them happy and satisfied so that they can come to the store over and over again.
