The United Nations says that Gender equality (also known as sexual equality), is presence of equal ease of access to resources and opportunities regardless of gender. This also includes, but is not limited to, economic participation and decision making. In many places all around the world, people are judged by their interests: you are a boy, you cannot like that! You are a girl, you'll never be strong than a boy! More things like that :(
